At Nix & Noa, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
   • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
   • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. Proof of Purchase:

   • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

3. Faulty Items:

   • If your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue.

4. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, email our customer service team at hello@nixandnoa.com with your order number.
   • Once approved, package your item securely and send it to the return address provided.

5. Return Costs:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

6. Refunds and Exchanges:

   • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving your return.
   • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
