Do you sell gift cards?

How should I care for my nix & noa items?

Please see each individual product listings for product-specific material information and care instructions as each product line may vary.

Metal: We work with gold-plated sterling silver jewellery. Care and consideration when wearing each product is important to preserve its condition and structure. 

To ensure a long life span we would avoid jacuzzis, lots of swimming pool use and chlorine contact. Silver is especially sensitive to chlorine and cleaning chemicals, so please bear this in mind when wearing your Nix and Noa item.

Due to the nature of the products, tarnishing over time with age is normal, like all wear and tear.

Pearls & Semi Precious Stones: Our Semi precious stones & pearls are very delicate - each should be cleaned with a soft, clean gentle cloth.

You should avoid perfume in close contact with any pearls and precious stones to avoid damage. Bleach, chemicals and cleaning products should be avoided at all costs as they will be extremely abrasive and can ruin pearls, stones, metals and clasps.

What size rings do you offer?

We're sorry your favourite item is currently out of stock! We will do our best to replenish out of stock items based on demand.

If there's a particular product you're looking for, please Contact Us here or drop us a DM on Instagram @nixandnoa and we'll do our best to source this for you on an individual basis. Some items can be sourced, others unfortunately may not be able to. We regularly add new stock to our collection so be sure to check out our Just Landed collection!

How will my order arrive?

All of our orders are packaged with our signature Nix & Noa yellow boxes, ribbons and business cards. An upgrade of Gift Wrapping is available at the checkout.

What does the gift wrapping option include?

In addition to our signature yellow boxes and ribbon, Gift Wrapping upgrade includes our Nix & Noa gift bags bags, a hand-written note and next-day delivery. Select Gift Wrap from the shipping options at the checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards via our secure payment system, ShopPay as well as ApplePay and PayPal.

Where do your products come from?

All of our products are sourced from various international suppliers and suppliers within the UK too. We choose multiple suppliers to be able to offer you the widest range we can, whilst supporting other companies in the process. 

Shipping & delivery

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

FREE UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days - £2.99

UK Next-Day Delivery: 1 working day -£8.99 For orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be shipped on Monday.

Gift Wrapping & UK Next-Day Delivery: 1 working day - £9.99 For orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be shipped on Monday. Gift wrapping includes our signature yellow bags, a hand-written note and UK Next-Day Delivery as standard.

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the items you've ordered and the shipping method selected. You can find an estimated timeline for your order at checkout.

How can I track my package and receive updates on its delivery status?

Once your package has shipped, you can track it with the tracking number that we'll provide you.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method and location, but we'll provide you with an estimated delivery range at checkout.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim or replacement.

Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but it may depend on the stage of the shipping process and the policies of our shipping carriers.

Returns & care guide

What is your returns policy?

We can accept refunds and exhanges for returned items up to 14 days from your order date. To process a refund or exchange, please email us at hello@nixandnoa.com.

- Please note that returns can only be accepted in their original packaging, in an unworn and unused condition.

- Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

- If you believe an item you have received is faulty, please email us with photographs of any defects so that we can investigate this with you.

Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?

In most cases, you'll be responsible for the shipping cost when returning a product. However, we may provide free return shipping for certain products or under certain circumstances, such as faulty.

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return has been processed?

Once we've received and processed your return, it can take up to 7 business days for your refund to be issued. The exact timeframe may depend on your payment method and bank processing times.

Quality, faulty products and jewellery care

We pride ourselves on high quality products. We would highly encourage all customers to follow our jewellery care guide which should prevent discolouration and prolong the life of your Nix & Noa piece.

Wear and tear is natural and comes with all jewellery products. However, if a product does not have the durability expected, please contact us and each product will be investigated further on a individual basis.
